Anyway, for me it says “Upgrade your plan to remove the banner and unlock more features, from US$4/month,” but when I’m not logged in, it says “Design a site like this with WordPress.com.” And I can’t get rid of it unless I get WordPress premium or whatever. I’m not doing that, so ignore the banner.
